About Us About Cut Throat Customs
For more than 20 years, Daniel Sanchez, Owner of Cut Throat Customs, has been behind some of the most innovative metalwork designs in the Houston, TX area. Beginning 10 years ago with his own business in fabrication and suspension on cars and trucks, once he moved on to motorcycles 7 years ago, the business just flourished. Many of his clients are even flying and driving in from other states to have him build their bikes! Coming by his interest in metalworking naturally, Daniel’s a descendant of an Apache Metal Artisan. You can find attention to detail and the simple eccentricities commonly found in Native American and Hispanic culture throughout his work.
“It’s no wonder we ended up here. My Native American roots wouldn’t let me go without being a craftsman of some sort. Just like my Great Grandfather, a full blooded Apache, I own a business working with metal. It wasn’t common in those days for an Indian to have his own business with actual business cards and tools of his craft. He was a leader, and in my industry that’s what I plan to be.
For over 20 years I’ve polished my skills in fabrication, but in the past 10 years, I’ve been patiently working on what’s turned out to be a strong and innovative business of my own.
With my Father and Manager, Tony Sanchez by my side, I’ve worked on becoming a trusted source for metal fabrication on autos, bikes, residential, commercial and government projects.
We’ve been working on a lot of great things behind the scenes with my Fabricator Jose Mancha and Marketing Consultant and Graphic Designer, Heather Wright. In 2012, I will see you all everywhere VERY soon.” ~Danny
